The purpose of this website is to provide the information necessary for each Vermont municipality to adopt and implement a Declaration of Inclusion. Adopt means formal approval by the municipality’s governing body. Implement means the enactment and furtherance of plans, policies, programs, procedures, and relevant training that support and advance the intent and spirit of the Declaration.
